阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗银屑病的效果和安全性

探讨使用阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗银屑病的有效性及安全性。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月容城县人民医院收治的82例银屑病患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和研究组，每组41例。对照组使用阿维A胶囊治疗，研究组使用阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗，比较两组临床疗效、生活质量和不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.56%，高于对照组的78.05%（P ＜0.05）；两组治疗后生活质量各项评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为7.32%，低于对照组的26.83%（P ＜0.05）。结论 阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗银屑病，可提高治疗效果，改善患者生活质量，且安全性高。

Efficacy and Safety of Acitretin Capsules Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in theTreatment of Psoriasis

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acitretin capsules and compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment ofpsoriasis. Methods A total of 82 patients with psoriasis admitted to Rongcheng County People''s Hospital from January 2022 toJanuary 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 41 patients in each group. The control group wastreated with acitretin capsules, and the study group was treated with acitretin capsules combined with compound glycyrrhizin. Theclinical efficacy, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate oftreatment in the observation group was 97.56%, which was higher than 78.05% in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of qualityof life in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higherthan those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.32 %, which was lowerthan 26.83 % in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Acitretin capsules combined with compound glycyrrhizin in treatment ofpsoriasis can improve the therapeutic effect, improve the quality of life of patients, with high safety.
