系统性护理干预在睑内翻矫正患者术中的应用效果

分析系统性护理干预对睑内翻矫正患者术后心理状况及预后满意度的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-12月在我院接受睑内翻矫正手术治疗的56例患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组28例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以系统性护理干预,比较两组心理状况、舒适度评分、预后满意度与并发症发生情况。结果 研究组SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;研究组舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;研究组预后满意度为96.43%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;研究组并发症发生率为7.14%,低于对照组的35.71%,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 对睑内翻矫正患者实施系统性护理干预可改善患者心理心理状况,提高舒适度,且有助于降低并发症发生风险,促进预后满意度提高。

Application Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention in Patients with EntropionCorrection During Operation

To analyze the effect of systematic nursing intervention on postoperative psychological status andprognosis satisfaction of patients with entropion correction. Methods A total of 56 patients who underwent entropion correctionsurgery in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random numbertable method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 28 patients in each group. The control group was givenroutine nursing, and the study group was given systematic nursing intervention. The psychological status, comfort score, prognosissatisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lowerthan those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The comfort score of the study group washigher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The prognosis satisfaction rate ofthe study group was 96.43%, which was higher than 71.43% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 7.14%, which was lower than 35.71% in the control group, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can improve the psychological statusof patients with entropion correction, improve their comfort degree, reduce the risk of complications, and promote the improvementof prognosis satisfaction.
