美容缝合技术在颌面部创伤中的应用效果

探究在颌面部创伤中应用美容缝合技术的效果。方法 选取2021年5月-2023年5月我院收 治的42例颌面部创伤患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组21例。对照组采用常规缝合技术治 疗，观察组采用美容缝合技术治疗，比较两组治疗满意度、生活质量、不良反应发生情况、颌面部创伤瘢 痕长度及伤口愈合情况。结果 观察组治疗满意度评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组心理功能、物质 功能、躯体功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为9.52%，低于对照组 的42.86%（P ＜0.05）；观察组术后瘢痕长度短于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组伤口愈合情况主观评分高于 对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 美容缝合技术在颌面部创伤中的应用效果确切，可缩短瘢痕长度，提升患者的 生活质量，有利于降低术后不良反应发生几率，提高患者的治疗满意度，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Cosmetic Suture Technique in Maxillofacial Trauma

To explore the effect of cosmetic suture technique in maxillofacial trauma. Methods A total of 42 patients with maxillofacial trauma admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 21 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional suture technique, and the observation group was treated with cosmetic suture technique. The treatment satisfaction, quality of life, occurrence of adverse reactions, length of maxillofacial trauma scar and wound healing were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of psychological function, material function, physical function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.52%, which was lower than 42.86% in the control group (P <0.05). The postoperative scar length in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). The subjective score of wound healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of cosmetic suture technique in maxillofacial trauma is effective, which can shorten the length of scar and improve the quality of life of patients. Meanwhile, it is beneficial to reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions, improve the treatment satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
