耳廓无创矫正器在不同年龄段先天性耳廓畸形患儿中的应用效果

摘    要:探讨耳廓无创矫正器在不同年龄段先天性耳廓畸形患儿中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月我院收治的140例先天性耳廓畸形患儿为研究对象,依照患儿的年龄将其分成<1月龄组(n =60)和1~3月龄组(n =80)。两组均应用耳廓无创矫正器进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效、耳廓形态、耳廓矫正器佩戴时间、并发症发生情况。结果 <1月龄组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于1~3月龄组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);<1月龄组治疗后患儿形态耳长、容貌耳长、形态耳宽、容貌耳宽指标值高于1~3月龄组,且其颅耳间垂直距离指标值低于1~3月龄组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗后颅耳角比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);<1月龄组患儿佩戴时间低于1~3月龄组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论 针对先天性耳廓畸形患儿,无创矫正器具有较好的应用效果,患儿年龄越小,所需治疗时间越短,获取的治疗效果也越好。

Abstract:To explore the application effect of non-invasive ear molding device in children with congenitalauricular deformity at different ages. Methods A total of 140 children with congenital auricular deformities admitted to ourhospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the age of the children, theywere divided into <1 month old group (n =60) and 1-3 months old group (n =80). The two groups of children were treatedwith non-invasive ear molding device. The clinical efficacy, auricular morphology, wearing time of auricular correctors,complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the <1month old group was 100.00%, which was higher than 90.00% in the 1-3 months old group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05). The index values of morphological ear length, facial ear length, morphological ear width and facial earwidth in the <1 month old group were higher than those in the 1-3 months old group, and the index value of vertical distancebetween cranium and ear was lower than that in the 1-3 months old group, with statistically significant differences (P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the cranial ear angle betw een the two groups after treatment (P >0.05). The wearing timeof children in the <1 month old group was lower than that in the 1-3 months old group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion For children with congenital auricle deformity, non-invasive ear molding device has a good application effect,the younger the child, the shorter the treatment time required, and the better the treatment effect obtained.
