前牙美容修复中树脂贴面与瓷贴面的效果

探讨树脂贴面与瓷贴面在前牙美容修复中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年4月-2023年4月漯 河市第二人民医院收治的86例前牙美容修复患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照 组采用树脂贴面，观察组采用瓷贴面进行修复，比较两组修复优良率、牙齿功能、美观度、变色牙修复情 况。结果 观察组修复优良率为95.35%，高于对照组的79.07%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组修 复后咀嚼效率、美观度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组着色、磨损、折断和脱落、 牙龈反应、牙髓反应等变色牙修复效果评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 前牙美 容修复中，相较于树脂贴面，瓷贴面在提高患者修复牙美观度方面更具优势，有助于促进修复优良度的提 升，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Resin Veneer and Porcelain Veneer in Aesthetic Restoration of Anterior Teeth

To explore the application effect of resin veneer and porcelain veneer in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 86 patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth admitted to Luohe Second People''s Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was repaired with resin veneer, and the observation group was repaired with porcelain veneer. The excellent and good rate of repair, tooth function, aesthetics and discoloration tooth repair were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of repair in the observation group was 95.35%, which was higher than 79.07% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After repair, masticatory efficiency and aesthetics of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The repair effect scores of discoloration teeth such as coloring, wear, breaking and shedding, gingival reaction and pulp reaction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth, compared with resin veneer, porcelain veneer has more advantages in improving the aesthetics of patients'' repaired teeth, which is helpful to promote the improvement of repair quality, and is worthy of clinical application.
