细化美容护理对烧伤整形植皮术后患者的影响

分析精细化美容护理对烧伤整形植皮术后患者的影响。方法 选取我院2022年8月-2023年7月收治的烧伤整形植皮术后患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用精细化美容护理,比较两组生活质量、疼痛情况、护理有效性及不良反应发生率。结果 试验组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;试验组护理后第1、3、7天VAS评分、NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;试验组护理总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;试验组不良反应发生率为14.00%,低于对照组的48.00%,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 精细化美容护理在烧伤整形植皮术后患者中的护理效果良好,可有效提高其生活质量,减轻疼痛程度,降低不良反应发生率,是安全且有效的护理方式。

Effect of Refined Cosmetic Nursing on Patients After Burn Plastic Skin Grafting

To analyze the effect of refined cosmetic nursing on patients after burn plastic skin grafting. MethodsA total of 100 patients after burn plastic skin grafting admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were randomlydivided into control group and experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routinenursing, and the experimental group was treated with refined cosmetic nursing. The quality of life, pain, nursing effectiveness andincidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of each dimension of quality of life inthe experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). TheVAS score and NRS score of the experimental group on the 1st, 3rd and 7th day after nursing were lower than those of the controlgroup, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was96.00%, which was higher than 72.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidenceof adverse reactions in the experimental group was 14.00%, which was lower than 48.00% in the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Refined cosmetic nursing has a good nursing effect in patients after burn plasticskin grafting, which can effectively improve their quality of life, reduce the degree of pain, and reduce the incidence of adversereactions. It is a safe and effective nursing method.
