吹气球呼吸训练法在胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸术后的应用探讨

目的通过对胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸术后患者进行呼吸训练的探讨，证明吹气球呼吸训练法是一种简单、安全、有效的呼吸训练方法。方法选择自发性气胸VATS130例，随机分为两组，分别用缩唇呼吸训练法和吹气球呼吸训练法进行术后呼吸训练，对患者胸管引流时间、胸管引流量、平均住院日、术后并发症等进行分析。结果吹气球呼吸组胸管引流时间、胸管引流量、平均住院日均较缩唇组明显缩短（P〈0．05），两组均无并发症、死亡及术后复发。结论吹气球呼吸训练法能促进胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸术后患者恢复。

Applied study of breath training method for patients after video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax

Objective To study the breath training method for the patients after video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) for the treatment of Spontaneous Pneumothorax,and to find out a simple,safe and effective ways of breath training.Methuds One hundred and thirty patients with lung partial resection were randomly divided into two groups.Lip contract breath method and blow ball breath method were selected as training method for the two groups.The following indicator were observed and compared,such as duration of the chest drainage,amount of the chest drainage,the average time of hospitalization.Results Blow ball breath meth- od can facilitate the period of recovery after VATS for the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.
