文章从组建医疗保险医疗管理专家组、设立医疗保险监督中介机构、充分发挥医疗保险监督委员会的作用、强化社会监督力量等方面阐述完善医疗保险监督管理体系的几点想法和建议。

Discussion about Improving the Supervision and Management System of Medical Insurance

The medical insurance system has been applied as experimental unit in Dalian since 1996. During the process of establishment, all--around development and improvement of the policy in last 12 years, we have obtained achievement, at the same time, we also face many questions. Studying and improving the supervision and management system of medical insurance will make important effect on resolving some problems, such as how to assure the medical rights and interests of people who have medical insurance, how to provide better medical service for citizen who have medical insurance and to effectively prevent the unreasonable medical cost. The objective of this paper is to discuss some ideas and suggestions about improving the supervision and management system of medical insurance from several aspects ： organization expert group of medical insurance and management, seting up supervision agency of medical insurance, exerting the effect of supervision committee of medical insurance and strengthening the power of social supervision.
