| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨儿童输尿管中下段结石的治疗方法及疗效观察。【方法】应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术经尿道至输尿管治疗儿童输尿管中下段结石14例。【结果】13例均成功击碎结石，术后结石均排净，成功率为92．8％。1例将结石推入肾盂，行ESWL后结石排净，总排净率为100％。【结论】输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗儿童输尿管中下段结石，安全，成功率高，应作为首选的一种治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study valid theraeutic means for lower ureteral calculi in children. Methods] Fourteen children with lower ureteral calculi were treated by ureteroscopy pneumatic impactor lithotripsy. Results] 13 cases of patients were treated successfully after lithotripsy, the success rate was 92.8% and the stone-free rate was 100%. Conclusion] Pneumatic impactor lithotripsy under ureteroscopy is a high effective and safe treatment modality for lower ureteral calculi in children. Ureteroscopic treatment, especially with a small-caliber ureteroscope, should be considered the first choice for treatment of calculi in the distal ureter in children. |
