妊娠期高血压病患者血清细胞粘附分子-1 和白细胞介素-6 的变化

目的探讨血清细胞粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)、白细胞介-素6(IL-6)在妊娠期高血压疾病发病中的作用。方法采用ELISA法分别测定24例妊娠期高血压患者、28例重度子前期患者2、8例轻度子前期患者及30例正常妊娠妇女血清中VCAM-1、IL-6。结果观察组患者血清中VCAM-1和IL-6水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。重度子痫前期组血清中VCAM-1和IL-6的表达显著高于妊娠高血压组(P<0.05);轻度子痫前期组血清中VCAM-1和IL-6的表达显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各组患者血清中VCAM-1的表达与IL-6呈正相关(r=0.653,P<0.05)。结论VCAM-1和IL-6在妊娠期高血压疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用。

Detection of serum interleukin-6 and cell adhesion molecule-1 in patients with hypertensive disease of pregnancy

Objective To study the role of serum cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1),interleukin-6(IL-6) in pathogenesis of patients with hypertensive disease of pregnancy.Methods Serum IL-6 and VCAM-1 levels were measured by using ELISA in 28 severe preeclampsia patients,28 mild preeclampsia patients,and 30 normal pregnant women.Results The levels of serum VCAM-1 and IL-6 in observation group were significant higher than those of control group(P<0.01).The levels of VCAM-1 and IL-6 in group of severe pre-eclampsia were significantly higher than those in the group of normal pregnants(P<0.05).The levels of VCAM-1 and IL-6 in group of mild preeclampsia were higer than those in the group of control group.The levels of serum VCAM-1 was positive correlation to the level of serum IL-6 in patients of different groups.Conclusion The VCAM-1 and IL-6 play important roles in the pathogenesis and development of hypertensive disease of pregnancy.
