高血压病中医证型与血浆内皮素及血压的相关性研究

目的 :探讨原发性高血压病 (EH)不同中医证型与血浆内皮素 (ET)及血压的关系。方法 :将EH患者 12 0例按中医辨证分为肝阳上亢型 ( 3 0例 )、阴虚阳亢型 ( 4 2例 )、肝肾阴虚型 ( 2 6例 )、阴阳两虚型 ( 2 2例 )和正常血压对照组 ( 2 0例 )。分别检测各组ET浓度及监测血压并分析各组之间的变化。结果 :EH患者各中医证型组ET值及血压较正常对照组明显增高。变化规律 :阴阳两虚型 >肝肾阴虚型 >阴虚阳亢型 >肝阳上亢型 >正常对照组。结论 :ET及血压可作为EH中医辨证分型的客观化指标

Relativity investigation of plasma endothelin and blood pressure in patients with hypertension with different traditional Chinese medical classification

Objective:To investigate the relativity of plasma endothelin and blood pressure in essential hypertension with TCM classification.Methods:120 patients with essential hypertension were divided into different types with TCM classification i.e.liver-yang excess type(30 cases),yin deficiency and yang-excess type(42 cases),liver-kidney yin deficiency type (26 cases),yin-yang deficiency type(22 cases),and a control group with normal blood pressure(20 cases).The concentration of plasma ET and blood pressure was tested respectively and their changes was analyzed.Results:In contrast with the control group,ET and pressure raised obviously in types with TCM classification.Change rule:yin-yang deficiency type>liver-kidney yin deficiency type>yin deficiency and yang-excess type>liver-yang excess type>the control group.Conclusion:ET and blood pressure can be used as the objective index for judging the syndrome differentiation-typing of TCM classification with essential hypertension.
