| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药猫眼草对C57BL／6小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞凋亡的影响。方法将Lewis肺癌C57BL／6小鼠分为模型组、猫眼草7．5、15．0、30．0、60．0g／kg组和顺铂组，应用流式细胞仪和TUNEL法检测猫眼草对Lewis肺癌细胞凋亡的影响。结果猫眼草30．0、60．0g／kg组瘤质量与模型组相比有显著性差异（F=7．90，q=4．16、6．21，P〈0．05）；猫眼草后3组及顺铂组凋亡率与模型组相比有显著性差异；猫眼草60．0g／kg组及顺铂组凋亡指数（AI）与模型组相比有显著性差异（t=2．63、1．93，P〈0．05）。结论中药猫眼草能诱导肺癌细胞凋亡，且该作用随剂量的增加而增强。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study induced cells apoptosis by Chinese medicine Crescent euphorbia in Lewis lung cancer(LLC) in mice.MethodsThe C57BL/6 mice with LLC were divided into Model,Crescent-euphorbia 7.5,15.0,30.0 and(60.0 g/kg) and Cisplatin(DDP) groups.Inhibitory rates of each group were detected by flow cytometry and TUNEL.Results(The inhibitory) rates and the apoptotic rates of Crescent euphorbia in doses of 30.0,60.0 g/kg and DDP group were significantly higher than those of the controls(F=7.90;q=4.16,6.21;P<0.05).In addition,the apoptotic index in Crescent-euphorbia(60.0 g/kg) group and DDP group was higher than that of the control group(t=2.63,1.93;P<0.05).ConclusionCrescent(euphorbia) could induce the apoptosis on LLC,and the effect increases with the increase of the dose. |
