| Abstract: | To enable the hierarchical use of nurses with different levels to be widely applied,this paper summarized the significance of the hierarchical use of nurses, including ensuring the quality of nursing, enhancing the development of nurses, improving the professional values of nurses, and reflecting the scientific and humanistic quality of management. It also discussed the current status and development trend of hierarchical use of nurses in China. |
