| 摘 要： | 目的：研究半固体制剂复方解热凝胶的稳定性。方法：用差示分光光度法于波长266nm处测对乙酰氨基酚的含量，通过经典恒温法对复方解热凝胶作稳定性试验，并与留样观察作对照。结果：经典恒温法测得的复方解热凝胶的室温贮存期为2年，与留样观察结果相符。结论：半固体制剂复方解热凝胶可以通过经典恒温法预测有效期。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate stability of half solid preparation, compound antipyretic gel. Methods: Assay content of acetaminophen in 266nm by differential spectrophotography. To carry out stability test of compound antipyretic gel by classic homeothermia method, and compare with kept samples. Results: The storage duration measured by classic homeothermia method is two years, matched with results of kept samples. Conclusion: The term of validity of half solid preparation, compound antipyretic gel can be predicted by classic homeothermia method. |
