| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨创伤性耳郭缺损的修复方法。方法：转移扩张后的耳后皮瓣覆盖支架行全耳郭再造。结果：21例创伤性耳郭缺损获得修复，外形好，无并发症。结论：该方法能获得足够的血运良好的无毛皮肤覆盖支架，再造耳的外形轮廓较理想。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the method of traumatic ear defects.Methods:To transfer the expanded retroauricular flap to reconstruct auricles for those patients suffered with traumatic ear defects.Results:In 21 cases,defected ears were reconstructed with good appearance and without any complications.Conclusions:This method can provide a ideal and sufficient skin coverage for the ear framework.The appearances of reconstructed ears were satisfactory. |
