| 摘 要： | 本文报告了鲎试剂检测注射中热原质的初步结果并与家兔法作了比较,两法检测结果符合率为98.2％。对实验结果以及鲎试剂的标化,灵敏度的选择进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper reported the initial resrlts of testing iniection pyrogens with TAL re-agent (TAL method) and TAL method was compared with the rabbis'method. The resuult showed that comformabi1ity between two methods was 98.2%. The discussion was also made on the results and sensitivity of TAL method. |
