膝骨性关节炎早期诊治研究进展

背景：骨关节炎关节软骨退变被认为是不可逆的病理改变,早期诊治对骨关节炎的预后有重大的影响。目的：研究膝骨性关节炎早期诊断及防治方法的最新研究进展。方法：查阅中国知网上近10年的国内外的相关文献,对膝骨性关节炎早期诊断方法和防治方法进行总结,介绍最新的相关研究进展。结果与结论：MRI、超声、生物标志物及步态分析等手段都可以应用于膝骨性关节炎的早期诊断,但每种方式都有其各自的优势及不足,临床上需合理运用。膝骨性关节炎早期合理的防治措施很重要,需合理完善。

Research progress of diagnosis and treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis early

Background: Osteoarthritis of articular cartilage degeneration is considered irreversible pathological changes, the prognosis of early diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis has a significant impact. Objective: to study the knee osteoarthritis in early diagnosis and prevention methods of the latest research progress. Methods: Consult the recent 10 years related literatures both at home and abroad on CNKI net, early diagnostic methods and the prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis was summarized, introduces the latest research progress. Result and conclusion: magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, biological markers and gait analysis method can be applied to the early diagnosis of Knee Osteoarthritis, but each approach has its own advantages and disadvantages, clinical reasonable use. Knee Osteoarthritis early reasonable prevention measures is very important and need to improve.
