石家庄市养老护理员脑卒中康复护理知识培训需求

目的 探讨养老护理员的脑卒中康复护理知识培训需求并分析其影响因素,为明确其康复护理的工作和培训内容提供依据。方法 对石家庄市4所养老机构的249名养老护理员应用自行设计的“养老护理员脑卒中康复护理知识培训需求问卷”进行调查。结果 养老护理员对脑卒中康复护理知识需求高;现场指导是养老护理员最易接受的培训方式;养老护理员所在养老机构的性质、工作年限是影响其培训需求的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论 养老护理员对脑卒中康复护理知识培训需求迫切,政府和养老机构应将脑卒中康复护理知识作为通识教育,开展专科护理知识培训。

The training demands and influencing factors of stroke among nursing assistant

Objective To investigate the training demands and the influencing factors of stroke among nursing assistant, and put forward some suggestions. Methods 249 elderly nursing assistants who extracted 4 old-age institutions in proportion to the 4 main urban areas of Shijiazhuang were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The elderly nurses assistants had a high demand for rehabilitation nursing knowledge of stroke. On site guidance is the most acceptable training method for nursing assistants. The main factors that influence the training needs of the nurses assistants were nature of their institution and working years(P<0.05). Conclusion There is an urgent need for the elderly care staff to train their knowledge of stroke rehabilitation nursing. The government and the elderly care institutions should take the knowledge of stroke rehabilitation nursing as general education and carry out specialized nursing knowledge training.
