摘 要: | 目的:修订赖氨葡锌颗粒现行标准中葡萄糖酸锌的含量测定方法。方法:络合滴定过程中加入氟化铵试剂。结果:葡萄糖酸锌在139.67~259.38mg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为100.2%,其RSD为0.24% 。结论:修订后的方法消除了辅料蔗糖对含量测定结果的影响,该方法准确度高,可真实反映药品的含量。

Revision for the Determination Method of Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules |

Abstract: | Objective: To revise the Assay method of current standard of Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules. Method: Ammonium fluoride reagent was added in the process of complexation titration. Result: Zinc gluconate was linear in the range of 139.67~259.38mg (r=0.999 5), the average recovery was 100.24% with RSD of 0.29%. Conclusion: The modified method can eliminate the influence of sucrose on content determination, which is accurate and can truly reflect the actual content of drug. |
