人口老龄化背景下医养结合养老模式

随着人口老龄化程度不断加深,中国养老服务需求与日俱增,传统养老模式已无法适应当代老龄化社会发展,因此,探索和推进医养结合新型养老模式的任务迫在眉睫。通过查阅大量文献,对中国人口老龄化现状、国外养老运营体系的成功经验、中国传统养老模式及医养结合养老模式的发展现状进行分析,探究制约中国医养结合养老模式发展的主要问题,为更好地推进中国养老事业提供依据。

Analysis of the integrating medical care and aged care model in the backgroud of aging population

With the deepening of China's population aging and the increase in demand for aged care, the traditional aged care model has been unable to adapt to the development of contemporary aging society. Therefore, it is imperative to explore and promote a new model that integrate medical care and aged care. This article analyzes a large amount of literature, analyzes the current situation of China's population aging, the successful experience of foreign aged care operating system, China's traditional pension model, and the development status of the model that integrates medical care and aged care, and discusses the main issues restrict the combined development of the model that integrates medical care and aged care institutions, and provide a basis for better promotion of the elderly care industry in China.
