连续血液净化治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床效果观察

目的： 探讨重症胰腺炎(SAP)患者采用连续性血液净化的治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析32例接受连续性血液净化的SAP患者临床资料,其中胆源性14例,高脂血症性10例,酒精性6例,原因不明2例。结果：治愈及好转25例(78.1%),无效4例(12.5%);死亡3例(8%)。结论:SAP患者在个体化治疗基础上早期进行连续性血液净化治疗对于减少炎症因子释放,维持重要脏器功能,提高其抢救成功率,有较好的治疗效果。

Clinical effect of continuous blood purification treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

Objective: To investigate the severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) were treated by continuous blood purification therapy effect. Methods: retrospective analysis of 32 cases clinical data of SAP patients receiving continuous blood purification, including 14 cases of biliary, hyperlipemia in 10 cases, 6 cases with alcoholic, unknown cause in 2 patients. Results: 25 cases were cured and improved (78.1%), invalid 4 cases (12.5%); 3 cases of death (8%). Conclusion: SAP patients in the individualized treatment on the basis of early continuous blood purification therapy to reduce the release of inflammatory factors, to maintain the function of important organs, improve the success rate of rescue, has good treatment effect.
