Research progress of anticipatory grief in advanced cancer patients

The incidence of cancer is high,and the trend of increasing year by year,which is the leading cause of death for patients.In recent years,the social and psychological problems of cancer patients have increasingly attracted the attention of the oncology community.Anticipatory grief is one of the most common morbid psychological reactions in patients with advanced cancer,which seriously affects the patient's treatment compliance,treatment effect and quality of life.This article focuses on the definition,assessment tools,influencing factors,and intervention measures of predictive sadness,with a view to providing a reference for clinical medical staff to psychologically intervene in advanced cancer patients with anticipatory grief.
