| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展，经皮冠状动脉介入术后的患者越来越多。一个多学科的综合的，可以降低心脏风险的康复计划是PCI术后预防和管理的一个重要组成部分。尽管心脏康复在PCI术后的二级预防方面有很充分的证据,但其充分利用仍存在很多的障碍。目前心脏康复模式的推广需要国家政策的支持和各级医务工作者不断的探索。

| Abstract: | Patients that after percutaneous coronary intervention continue to increase annually With the development of economy. A multidisciplinary cardiac rehabilitation (CR) and risk reduction program is an essential component of percutaneous coronary intervention prevention and management. Despite the strong evidence for CR in the secondary prevention of percutaneous coronary intervention, it remains vastly underutilized due to significant barriers. The current model of CR delivery needs the support of national policy and medical workers at all levels continuously explore. |
