摘 要: | 目的:利用摄像技术辅助药品黏度的测定,提高测定的准确度和重复性。方法:采用手机摄像头(帧数为30帧/秒)及配套固定支架,双指针式机械秒表(最小分度0.1s),对玻璃酸钠滴眼液的黏度采用平氏毛细管黏度计法进行测定。结果:黏度测定中每次测量计时值与平均值的差值可以控制在《中国药典》要求的±0.25%内。结论:黏度测定中使用摄像技术可以减少检验人员带来的主观误差,大大提高测定的准确度和重复性

Application of Camera Technique in the Determination of Drug Viscosity |

Abstract: | Objective: Applying camera technique to determine viscosity of drugs in order to improve accuracy and repeatability. Method: A camera ( 30 frames per second) with mounting bracket and double point mechanical stopwatch (minimum division 0.1s) were used to determine the viscosity of Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops. Results: The deviation of every measurement from mean value can be controlled within ±0.25% as required in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion: Determination of viscosity with camera technique could reduce objective measurement errors and increase accuracy and repeatability. |
