肋骨骨折首次X线平片检查漏诊原因的分析(附51例报告)

目的:进一步提高肋骨骨折X线平片首诊检出率。方法:对我院近年来428例肋骨骨折的病例进行回顾性分析。结果:428例肋骨骨折中,首诊X线平片未发现肋骨骨折22例,占5.14%;多发性肋骨骨折的患者,误诊或漏诊发现部分肋骨骨折29例,占6.77%;两者共51例,占11.91%。首次X线平片检查未发现、误诊或漏诊肋骨骨折的病例,大部分为定位、选择检查部位不当;少部分则因为病情重、投照体位及其它X线征象掩盖所致。结论:根据患者的症状,确定检查的部位,摆放适当的体位,选择合适的投照条件,可以将肋骨骨折的漏诊率减少到最低限度。

Analysis of causes of misdiagnosis of rib fracture in the initial X-ray plain film(report of 51 cases)

Objective:To further improve the detection rate of rib fracture in the initial X-plain film.Methods:Four hundred and twenty-eight cases of rib fracture in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Of the428cases of rib fracture,no fracture was found in22cases (5.14%)on the initial X-plain film,in multi-rib fracture group incomplete diagnosis or missed diagnosis was found in29cases (6.77%).So altogether there were51cases (11.9%).Most reasons of missed diagnosis resulted from incorrect localization and position of examination.A small part was caused by serious state of the patient that in-fluence the posture of exposure and other sign of X-ray superimposed on the rib.Conclusion:According to the symptom of patient,the rate of misdiagnosis of rib fracture could be further decrease d with proper localization,suitable position and appro-priate selection of X-ray parameters.
