| 摘 要： | 桡骨头半脱位是5岁以下小儿常见的一种肘部损伤，当小儿前臂被突然提拉后容易造成桡骨头半脱位，俗称“牵拉肘”。自2003年1月至2006年12月，采用摇抖手法整复了93例桡骨头半脱位患儿，现总结报告如下。
