带锁髓内钉治疗股骨、胫骨、肱骨骨折

目的：带锁髓内钉治疗股骨、胫骨、肱骨骨折临床应用研究。方法：共实施手术106例，随访7个月以上90例。结果：1例骨折不愈合，其余89例骨折均愈合。关节功能恢复良好，并发症：主钉断裂1例，近端锁钉断裂1例，远端锁钉断裂1例，术中再骨折1例，伤口感染2例，均未影响骨折愈合及功能恢复。结论：带锁髓内固定牢固，防止骨折端旋转，分离移位，术后不需外固定支持，早期负重，骨折愈合率高，手术失败率低，是一种比较理想的内固定方法。

Intramedullary Interlocked Nail in Treatment of Femoral,Tibial ＆ Humeral Fractures

Objective:To study the clinical use of intramedullary interlocked nail treatment of femoral,tibial and humeral fractures.Methods:106 cases had operations and among which 90 were followed up for more than 7 months.Results:Except for one,the other 89 cases were all healed up and the joint function are good.One case broken adjacent interlock nail,one broken remote interlock nail,one of re-fracture during operation and two cases of infected wounds.There was,however not influence on the healing of fractures or the recovery of function.Conclusion:The fixation of intramedullary interlocked nail is strong enough to prevent the fracture end from spinning or separation or displacement so that no external fixation is needed after operation.Thus early walk is allowd.The higher rate of the fracture healing it is,the lower rate of operation failure it will be.Intramedullary interlocked nail treatment of femoral,tibial and humeral fractures is an ideal internal fixation.
