通心络胶囊在脑梗死患者中的临床应用

目的观察通心络胶囊治疗脑梗死的临床疗效,探讨其药理作用及安全性。方法将我院112例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用维脑路通胶囊,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊,比较治疗前后2组的疗效、肢体功能康复及认知功能。结果治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组,治疗后肢体功能康复、认知功能评分也明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊治疗脑梗死安全,疗效可靠,对轻型、中型患者的疗效较为理想,在脑梗死防治中具有广阔应用前景。

Clinical application and effect of Tongxinluo capsules in cerebral infarction patients

Objective To observe pharmacological effects and safety of Tongxinluo capsule for cerebral infarction patients. Methods 112 cases of cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group. The controlled group was plus Weinaolutong capsule on the basis of conventional therapy. The treatment group was plus Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of conventional therapy .Efficacy, physical rehabilitation and cognitive function of the two groups before and after treatment were compared . Results In treatment group, the total efficiency was better than controlled group, after treatment physical therapy rehabilitation, cognitive function score were significantly better than controlled group. Differences between the two groups were significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of cerebral infarction is safety, effect and reliable, especially for light-patients, medium-patients. It has broad application prospects in the prevention and control of cerebral infarction.
