静脉注射美托洛尔对颈丛麻醉心率的影响

本组选择同类（甲状腺瘤）病人１２０例，采用颈丛麻醉观察美托洛尔（ＭＥＴ）对心率的影响。分麻醉前组、麻醉后组和对照组。结果：对照组、麻醉后组２ｍｉｎ心率已明显增快（Ｐ＜０．０１），麻醉前组４ｍｉｎ后稍有增快（Ｐ＜０．０５），持续时间和幅度依次分别为对照组３０ｍｉｎ和（１１３．３±２．６）次／ｍｉｎ，麻醉后组２０ｍｉｎ和（９８．６±２．４）次／ｍｉｎ，麻醉前组１２ｍｉｎ和（８５．１±２．８）次／ｍｉｎ。此外，麻醉前组与对照组、麻醉后组对应时间心率比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明颈丛麻醉前静脉注射ＭＥＴ在临床上有推广意义

EFFECT OF INTRAVENOUS DRIP OF METOPROLOL ON HEARTRATEIN CEVICAL PLEXUS BLOCK ANESTHESIA

To investigate the effect of metoprolol on heart rate in cervical plexus block anesthesia,120 cases of patients with thyroid adenoma were studied in three groups:Group one was given cervical plexus block anesthesia before the operation,group two after the operation,and the control group.The results showed that the heart rate of the patients in the second and third group increased significantly after 2 min.(P<0.01)while in the first group,increased slightly after 4 min.(P<0.05).The duration and extent of tachycardia were 30 min,113+2.6 in the third group;2min.98.6+2.4 in the second group and 12 min.,85.1+2.8 in the first group.The heat rate increased significantly in the second and third group as compared with the first group.It proved that prophylactic intravenous drip of metoprolol is effetive in preventing tachycardia in cervical plexus block anesthesia.
