西酞普兰联合丁螺环酮治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效观察

目的：探讨西酞普兰联合丁螺环酮治疗难治性抑郁症患者的疗效和不良反应。方法：将住院就诊的难治性抑郁症患者90例，按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各45例，观察组（西酞普兰联合丁螺环酮），对照组（单用西酞普兰）。疗程均为8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗8周后，两组患者HAMD评分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．01）；治疗2周后，以观察组HAMD评分显著低于对照组（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。两组不良反应差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论：西酞普兰联合丁螺环酮的疗效优于单用西酞普兰，丁螺环酮对难治性抑郁症不仅起效快，且副作用轻微。

The Effects of the Combination Administration with Citalopram and Buspirone.. Intractable Depression

Objective：To explore therapeutic effects and adverse reaction of the combination administration with citalopram and buspirone on in- tractable depression. MethodslA total of 90 patients with intractable depression, from the same hospital, were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （n=45, accepting the combination administration with citalopram and buspirone, 8 weeks） and control group （n= 45, receiving only citalopram treatment, 8 weeks）. Therapeutic effects and reverse reaction of aforementioned treatment were elucidated using HAMD and TESS methods. Result：Eight weeks after the administration, count scores of HAMD for two groups, compared with before the administration, remarkably decreased with P--value〈0.01 ;whereas the corresponding scores of treatment group were less than control group （P〈0.01 or 0.05） after two weeks, However, no significance was observed in the difference of reverse reaction of two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The results suggest that the combination administration with citalopram and buspirone might have more favorable effects on intractable depression than only citalopram and this administration with buspirone is characterized by both a rapid onset of action and mild reverse reaction.
