门诊未婚妊娠妇女行人工流产术的心理干预对策

目的：探讨门诊未婚妊娠妇女行人工流产术的心理状态及护理干预措施。方法：选取2008年9月-2011年9月期间在我院门诊人流室行人工流产术的未婚妊娠妇女92例，按照门诊号进行分组，单号为A组，双号为B组，每组46例，A组病例在围手术期进行常规护理，B组病例在围手术期进行心理护理干预措施。结果：未婚妊娠妇女心理负担普遍较重，在落实常规护理的同时，在围手术期实施适当的心理护理干预措施，能大大减少患者的不良心，从而促使手术的顺利进行。结论：在门诊未婚妊娠行人工流产术妇女中实施有效的心理护理干预措施，在与患者沟通的过程中，我们赢得了患者的信任，进而建立和谐的医患关系，增强她们的承受力，帮助她们顺利度过了手术难关，减低人工流产综合征的发生。
