| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨SPECT／CT同机融合显像在诊断肿瘤骨转移的诊断价值。方法：2002年7月-2010年12月间在我科行全身骨显像73例单发病灶、可疑病灶或定位不清病灶行SPECT／CT同机融合显像。进一步观察病灶的核素摄取特征。结果：73例全身显像单发病灶、可疑病灶或定位不清病灶行SPECT／CT同机融合显像结合同期MRI／CT／X线和临床资料确定诊断对照，其中25例为良性病灶，48例为恶性肿瘤病灶。结论：SPECT／CT同机融合显像可以精确定位，弥补全身骨显像前后位平面显像图像信息量少的缺点，明显提高对骨病变的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the clinical diagnostic values of SPECT/CT imaging in bone metastases. Methods：There were 73 cases of single abnormal SPECT images from July 2002 to December 2010 in our hospital which were done SPECT/CT imaging. And the clinic follow-up were done. Result：There were 25 cases of benign lesions and 48 cases of malignant tumor lesion after clinic follow- up in these 73 cases. Conclusion; SPECT/CT imaging obviously increase the diagnostic value of bone metastases. |
