不同牙周健康状况血清IL-21和IL-6检测的临床意义

目的探讨不同牙周健康状况者血清白细胞介素21(IL-21)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平的变化及其意义。方法选择符合标准的受试者70例,其中正常组,轻度、中度及重度牙周炎组分别为10例,20例,20例,20例;采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、放射免疫法检测受试者血清IL-21与IL-6水平。结果牙周炎组患者血清IL-21和IL-6的表达高于正常组(P<0.05);重度牙周炎组患者血清IL-21和IL-6表达分别高于轻度、中度牙周炎组(P<0.05);血清IL-21、IL-6表达强度与牙周病严重程度的变化呈正相关(r=0.653,P<0.05)。结论检测牙周病患者血清IL-21和IL-6水平的变化对探讨其发病机制、预防和指导用药具有重要的临床价值。

Clinical significance of IL-21 and IL-6 levels in serum in patients with periodontitis

Objective To explore the significance of IL-21 and IL-6 levels in serum in patients with periodontitis.Methods Totally 70 subjects were recruited and were divided into four groups,i.e.control group(n=10),mild periodontitis group(n=20),moderate periodontitis group(n=20) and severe periodontitis group(n=20).Their serum IL-21and IL-6 levels were measured by ELISA and RIA(radioimmunoassay).Results Serum IL-6 and IL-21 levels were higher in the periodontitis groups than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of the two interleukins were higher in the severe periodontitis group than in the mild or moderate periodontitis group(P<0.05).The expressions of IL-6 and IL-21 were positively related to the severity of periodontitis(r=0.653,P<0.05).Conclusion Detection of serum IL-21 and IL-6 levels may reflect the progress of periodontitis,and may be of importance in clinical value.
