| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨人参多糖在卵巢癌化疗中的作用。方法:76例卵巢癌化疗患者分为治疗组(28例)和对照组(48例),治疗组化疗同时给予人参多糖注射液12mg,每日静脉滴注,对照组单纯化疗。结果:治疗组与对照组比较可明显提高患者的全身状态(P<0.05),可明显减少化疗引起的白细胞数下降(P<0.05)。结论:人参多糖应用于卵巢癌化疗患者可明显提高全身体力状态,减少白细胞数下降,使用安全、可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the role of Panax ginseng polysaccharide injection in chemotherapy of patients with (ovarian) cancer. Methods: Seventy-six patients with ovarian cancer were divided into treatment group (28 cases)and control group (48 cases). Patients in treatment group were given ginseng polysaccharide injection 12 mg via intravenous drip daily in addition to routine chemotherapy, and the patients in control group were given routine chemotherapy only. Results: Compared with the control group, the physique conditions of patients in the treatment group were significantly improved (P<0.05), and the toxic effects of chemotherapy, such as leukopenia, were reduced (P<0.05).Conclusion:Panax ginseng polysaccharide is effective, safe and reliable for reducing the toxic effects of chemotherapy of ovarian cancer. |
