| 摘 要： | 目的：观察阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能不全的效果。方法：30例糖尿病肾病肾功能不全患者被随机分为两组，分别用阿魏酸钠治疗和作为对照组，治疗前后观察血尿素氮、血肌酐、尿白蛋白排出率、血压的变化情况。结果：阿魏酸钠治疗后，病人血尿素氮、血肌酐、收缩压较治疗前明显降低，P〈0．05；较对照组也明显降低，P〈0．05或更低。结论：阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病肾功能不全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective: Observation the effect of sodium ferulate treating renal inadequacy caused by diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Thirty patients with renal inadequacy caused by diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups: observation groups and the control.The former was treated by Sodium Ferulate.Prior and post treatment,determine the levels of blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,urinary albumin excretion rate,and blood pressure.Results: Post treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,systolic blood pressure,were significantly lower than before,P<0.05;and than control,P<0.05 or lower. Conclusions: Sodium Ferulate is effect on treating renal inadequacy caused by diabetic nephropathy. |
