摘    要:目的了解目前上海市宝山区友谊街道青少年生长发育和超重、肥胖状况,为有效防治青少年超重和肥胖提供科学依据。方法用整群抽样的方法对上海市宝山区友谊街道13所中、小学共9195人身高、体重等项目进行了调查,用“中国学龄儿童青少年超重、肥胖BMI分类标准”进行筛查。结果上海市宝山区友谊街道中小学生各年龄身高、体重均数均超过2005年全国城市水平;其中男生超重和肥胖率为21.7%和14.9%,女生为11.8%和8.4%。结论上海市宝山区友谊街道中小学生超重和肥胖已非常严重,学校应大力开展健康教育、增加学生每天户外活动时间、提倡健康饮食等,提高学生体质,减少超重和肥胖。

Abstract:Objective To study the condition of overweight and obesity in adolescents in Youyi Community Baoshan District to provide evidence for prevention of obesity of adolescents. Method With a cluster sampling, 9195 students from thirteen schools were selected to investigate for height, weight and other items. The Chinese BMI criteria for screening overweight and obesity in children and adolescents was used to analyze. Results The adolescent average level of height and weight in Youyi community Baoshan district in Shanghai were higher than those of whole national cities; The rate of boy overweight was 21.7%, and obesity was 14.9%. The rate of girl overweigh was 11.8%, and obesity was 8. 4%. Conclusion The conditions of adolescents overweight and obesity in YouYi community BaoShan district in Shanghai are very serious. The schools should enhance health education, increase student outdoor exercise time, advocate healthy diet and increase students physical endowment to reduce overweight and obesity.
