| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨B型超声在定位诊断肾上腺恶性肿瘤中的作用。方法：回顾性分析术前作为B超检查的肾上腺恶性肿瘤33例。结果：病理证实其中恶性嗜铬细胞瘤（PHEO）20例,占60．61％（20／33）,皮质腺癌11例占33．33％（11／33）,肉瘤及恶性淋巴瘤各1例占3．03％（1／33）,B超定位诊断符合率93．94％（31／33）,结论：B超由于兼具安全,价廉,定位准确,便于复查等优点是发现肾上腺恶性肿瘤的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of B mode ultrasound in localization diagnosis of adrenal malignant tumor.Methods:To analyze retrospectively 33 cases with adrenal malignant tumor examined preoperatively by B mode ultrasound.Results:There were 20 cases of malignant pheochromocytoma(PHEO),60 61%(20/33),11 cases of adenocarcinoma 33 33%(11/33),1 case of each sarcoma and malignant lymphoma,each 3 03%(1/33).All had been confirmed by pathology.The coincident rate of the localization was 93 93%(31/33).Conclusions:It is an effective method to find out adrenal malignant tumors by ultrasnography due to its many merits,such as safe,inex pensive,exact localizaton,convenient to reexam and so on. |
