| 摘 要： | 目的 分析颧骨复合体骨折的临床特点，评价其治疗方法。方法 对140例颧骨复合体骨折病例进行回顾性研究。结果 A骨折54例（38．5％），B型骨折65例（46．5％），C型骨折21例（15％）。有116例进行了手术治疗。18例进行了眶的重建。81例采用了钛板坚强内固定术。结论 颧骨复合体骨折必须及时治疗，进行精确的复位和坚固的内固定。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristies and to evaluate the treatment methods in zygomatic complex fracture patients. Methods 140 cases of zygomatic complex fracture were reviewed retrospectively. All the patients were grouped by the Zingg's classification and causes, complications and treatment were analysed. Results The patients were grouped as follow: type A 54 cases( 38.5 %),type B 65 cases ( 46.5 %), type C 21 cases(15%). 116 cases were operated in which 18 cases with orbital reconstruction and 81 cases with titanium plate internal fixation. Conclusion Patients suffering from zygomatic complex fracture should be treated surgically with accurate reposition and rigid internal fixation for fractured bones. |
