| 摘 要： | 医院的思想政治工作存在一些难题，比如部分医护人员存有错误的价值观，对医院的发展信心不足，对医院的忠诚度降低，以及利益关系协调难度增大等。面对这些难题，应当以科学发展观为指导，有针对性地进行解决。
