酒依赖者认知功能障碍的事件相关电位研究

目的··:就酒依赖者与非酒依赖者事件相关电位听觉P300 进行对照研究 ,以了解酒依赖者认知功能状况。方法·· :使用NicoletCA -IV型诱发电位仪 ,对完成脱酒治疗的33例酒依赖者和30例非酒依赖者诱发电位P300 的变化进行对照研究 ,并就早发酒依赖和晚发酒依赖者的P300 进行比较。结果··:酒依赖组P300 靶刺激中P3 波幅较非依赖者明显降低,P3 波幅增宽 ,潜伏期延长 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异。晚发酒依赖组 (发病年龄>28a)较早发酒依赖组(发病年龄≤28a)P3 波幅下降更为明显。结论·· :酒依赖者P3 波幅下降 ,潜伏期延长 ,提示认知功能受损。晚发酒依赖组较早发酒依赖组P3 波幅下降更为明显

STUDY OF COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT OF ALCOHOLICS ASSESSED BY EVENT RELATED POTENTIAL P300

Objective: To study the changes of event related potentials of auditory P300 in alcoholics to understand their cognitive function. Method: P300 was measured in 33 alcoholics who had finished detoxification for one week and 30 control subjects with the instrument of Nicolet CA-Ⅳ. The components of P300 were recorded and analyzed between two groups. The P300 of early and late onset of alcoholics was analyzed as well. Result: Compared with control group, the latency of P3 prolonged and amplitude of P3 reduced significantly. In the group of late-onset alcoholics(>28 a), the amplitude of P3 reduced more than early-onset alcoholics(≤28 a). Conclusion: There is cognitive deficit in alcoholics which is more severe in late-onset alcoholics than those of early-onset ones.
