甲状腺功能检查在孕前检查中的意义

目的通过对计划妊娠妇女孕前疾病检出情况及甲状腺功能情况的分析,了解育龄期妇女甲状腺疾病的发生率及类型,以重视甲状腺功能检查在孕前检查中的意义。方法对324例计划妊娠的妇女进行常规孕前疾病检查及甲状腺功能测定。结果检出疾病排第一位的是妇科疾病,其次为甲状腺功能异常。在甲状腺功能异常这部分人群中大部分为亚临床甲状腺功能减退者。结论由于育龄期妇女甲状腺疾病发病率增加,并且甲状腺功能异常将导致不良妊娠结局发生,针对计划妊娠妇女应将甲状腺功能检查设定为孕前常规检查项目。

Regarding the significance of thyroid function in the process of preconception examination

Objective To analyze morbidity rate of thyroid diseases and type in order to regard the significance of thyroid function in the process of preconception examination through the research of diseases detection and thyroid function in progestational women Methods 324 progestational women.were detected the thyroid function and progestational diseases.Results Gynecological diseases arranged the first place and the second one is thyroid diseases.Among thyroid diseases,most of them are subclinical hypothyroidism.Conclusion For the morbidity rate of thyroid diseases are increasing in progestational women recently and thyroid disfunction leads to adverse pregnancy outcome,thyroid function test should be value as the routine examination item.
