| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸关元、气海穴对气虚证小鼠耐疲劳能力与某些免疫指标的影响，为针灸对于气虚证的治疗应用提供实验依据。方法通过采用小鼠游泳训练模型，观测针灸关元、气海穴对小鼠血红蛋白（Hb）、红细胞压积（Hct）、血清睾酮（T）、皮质醇（C）水平、补体C3、C4含量以及脾脏系数、胸腺系数等指标的影响。结果针灸关元、气海穴可提高气虚证小鼠耐疲劳能力，增加Hb和Hct，提高血清T、T／C及C3、C4水平，明显降低血清C。结论针刺关元、气海穴能纠正气虚证小鼠神经-内分泌-免疫系统失调，显著提高气虚证小鼠耐疲劳能力。

| Abstract: | Objective： The experiments were carried out in mice lack of ＂ qi＂ to investigate the effects of acupuncturing Qihai and Guanyuan on antifatigue ability and some immune indexes. Methods： The swimming training model of Mice were established. The indicators including Hb, Hct, T, C, the content of C3, C4 were observed. Results： Qihai and Guanyuan could increase the content of hemoglobin and T, T/C, C3, C4 of alexin in the serum and make the coefficient of spleen and thymus gland higher. Conclusion： These indicated that Qihai and Guanyuan was effective in enhancing the anti -fatigue ability of qi deficiency mice and correcting the disorder of their nerve - endocrine - immune. |
