旋覆花化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究旋覆花Inula japonica Thunb.的化学成分。方法采用多种分离技术对旋覆花乙醇提取物的氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离纯化,根据其理化常数测定和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从旋覆花中分得11个化合物,经鉴定为金圣草素(Ⅰ),万寿菊素(Ⅱ),槲皮素(Ⅲ),木犀草素(Ⅳ),山奈酚(Ⅴ),旋覆花内酯C(Ⅵ),旋覆花内酯(Ⅶ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅷ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅸ),大花旋覆花内酯(Ⅹ),ivangustin(Ⅺ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为首次从欧亚旋覆花植物中得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in Inula japonica Thunb.METHODS A variety of separation technologies were used for the isolation of compounds,and their structures were identified by physical properties and spectroscopic techniques(NMR,IR,UV and MS).RESULTS Eleven compounds,chrysoeriol(Ⅰ),patuletin(Ⅱ),quercetin(Ⅲ),luteolin(Ⅳ),kaempferol(Ⅴ),inuchinenolide C(Ⅵ),britannilactone(Ⅶ),daucosterol(Ⅷ),β-sitosterol(Ⅸ),britanin(Ⅹ) and ivangustin(Ⅺ),were obtained from Inula japonica Thunb.CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ was isolated from this genus for the first time.
