| 摘 要： | 目的：了解肝移植患的生化指标变化情况，是否与移植排斥有关．方法：收集肝移植患术前、术中、术后的血液标本，用7170全自动生化分析仪、AVL电解质分析仪等测定其结果．结果：不同年龄、不同病种患的生化分析结果中ALT，TB，GGT单位平均值变化出现术后1～2和12d的双峰现象．1例全脏器衰竭死亡病例几项生化指标11d内出现3峰，且浓度逐渐放大，超过正常变化数十倍．结论：肝移植患出现ALT，TB，GGT术后2次高峰，是患肝移植后的排斥信号，而肝移植患出现多峰、高值现象应引起高度注意．

| Abstract: | AIM: To explore the relationship between the change of biochemical items and immuno repellency after orthotopic liver transplantation. METHODS: Blood samples were collected before, during and after the liver transplantation and were detected using 7170 autoanalyzer and AVL electrolyte analyzer. RESULTS: The changes of ALT, TB and GGT from patients with different diseases and ages were seen with double peak 1 or 2 days and 12 days after orthotopic liver transplantation. Several biochemical items of a patient who died of multi organ failure were seen with three peak within 11 days and the concentration was gradually increasing, over 10 times of the normal value. CONCLUSION : The double peak of ALT, TB and GGT after liver transplantation is a sign of immuno repellency, so attention should be paid to the multi peak and high value. |
