| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Rh（D）阴性血型患者接受Rh（D）阳性供肝在肝移植术前备血、免疫诱导的方案。方法：总结我院实施的3例Rh（D）阴性患者的肝移植术前治疗经验。结果：3例患者肝移植手术均获成功,在围手术期未出现严重的并发症,3例患者均治愈出院,目前仍在随访中。结论：Rh（D）阴性血型患者不再因为输血或供体原因而失去肝移植的机会,充分的术前治疗是Rh（D）阴性血型终末期肝病患者肝移植的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the medical treatment of blood type RH(-) patient with RH( ) donor in preoperative peiod of liver transplantation.Methods:To summarize the treatment experience in peroperative period about 3 Rh-patients accepted liver transplantation in our hospital.Results:The operations are successful.No patient develops severe complication in perioperative period.All patients are well in follow-up visit.Conslusion:Rh(-) patient also can safely undergo liver transplantation.Proper preoperative treatment is the key point to make sure the transplantation successfully operated. |
