内江市城区婴幼儿母乳喂养状况调查分析

目的:了解内江市城区婴幼儿母乳喂养状况。方法:对内江市城区5所幼儿园小儿的母亲进行有关母乳喂养方面情况的问卷调查。结果:4个月纯母乳喂养率最高;母乳喂养率为91.6%;阴道产的乳母母乳喂养率与剖宫产的母乳喂养率差异有显著意义(P<0.05);纯母乳喂养时间与母亲文化程度有相关性。结论:剖宫产降低母乳喂养率;母亲文化程度较低的纯母乳喂养率较高。

Neijiang City Babies and Infants Breast Feeding Condition Diagnosis

Objective To investigate the breastfeeding condition of infants in Neijiang.Methods Mothers with infants of 5 kindergartens in Neijiang were selected by cluster sampling in each district.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the situation of breastfeeding.Results In 4 month pure breastfeeding rate was higher than other months, the breastfeeding rate was 91.3%;There was significant difference between the breastfeeding rate with different deliver manner(P<0.05); pure breastfeeding time has the relativity with mother's culture degree.Conclusion The dissect palace delivery manner could reduce the breastfeeding rate. If mother's culture degree is lower,pure breastfeeding rate is higher.
