| 摘 要： | 目的 对挂线疗法治疗婴幼儿肛瘘进行总结分析.方法 对成都中医药大学附属医院肛肠科3年来,采取挂线疗法治疗的所有男性婴幼儿病例进行回顾性分析.结果 30例婴幼儿患者均采取挂线治疗,并术后肛门排便功能正常,无肛门变形、狭窄、失禁,尚未见复发.结论 婴幼儿肛瘘以男性患者多见与体内雄激素水平有关;挂线疗法较好的达到了保护肛门功能与降低复发率之间的统一.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate thread-drawing therapy in the treatment of anal fistula in infant.Methods Data of thirty infants with anal fistula in our hospital were reviewed retrospectively.Results All the patients received thread-drawing therapy.All of them had the normal function of defecation with no anal deformation,anal stenosis and anal incontinence after operation.No recurrence was found.Conclusion Thread-drawing therapy can preserve the anal function and reduce the rates of relapse in the treatment of a... |
