| 摘 要： | 本文观察183例肝脏增强CT影像，发现79例出现血管周围透光影（Perivasculalucencies，PVls）。见于肝恶性原发、继发性肿瘤、肝炎、肝硬化、胆系炎症及良性占位性病变。文中复习肝脏淋巴解剖及生理，指出PVLS肝淋巴生成过多或引流不畅所致的淋巴郁积，是肝淋巴引流异常的重要CT表现。

| Abstract: | 183 Cases of hepatic enhancement CT study were observed. 79 cases with perivascular lucen cies (PVls) were discovered,which could be seen in the patients with primary or secondary malignant hepatic tumors,hepatitis,cirrhasis, cholangiolit is,and ocuping benign lesion,The Literatures of lymphatic anatomy and biology of liver were reviewed. It was showed that PVLs was causes by lymphatic stasis because of in creased lymph production and impaired drainge. Pvls was a significant CT fingding of abnormal lymphat icdrainge of liver. |
