摘    要:目的:研究三维付立叶转换快速容积扫描技术(3DFT-volume-FFE)在膝关节磁共振成像中的临床应用,以探讨3DFT-volume-FFE序列评价对膝关节疼痛的诊断价值:材料与方法:采用PHILIPS0.5T超导型磁共振议中的3DFT-volume-FFE技术,对30例膝关节进行扫描,所有病例与SE序列比较,部分病例经关节镇证实。结果:3DFT-volume-FFE序列对诊断半月板的撕裂(包括术后半月板的评价10/30例)、关节韧带的损伤(8/30例)以及骨与软骨疾病(12/30)的诊断敏感性和特异性均较SE序列高;此成像序列可以提高膝关节图像空间分辨率和信噪比,从一个信号的采集到任意关节平面的重建,都显示它既能提高膝关节疾病的诊断事,又能明显缩短整个检查时间,并产生“关节造影”的效果。结论:3DFT-volume-FFE序列是膝关节疼痛患者提高MRI诊断率和临床设计治疗方案的理想序列。

Abstract:Purpose: To study the clinical application and evaluate the diagnosis value of three -dimension -volume -FFEMRI Imaging in Knee. Materials and Methods: 30 Cases of knee scan were investigated with 3DFT -Volume -FFE sequence ofPHILIPS 0. 5T Super - Conduct MRI and compared with SE sequence. Partial results were conformed by finding atarthroscopy. Results: 3DFT -volume -FFE show highly accurate in the MRI diagnosis of tnensiscal teats (10/30 cases ) and otherlesions of both the soft - tissue structures (8/30 cases ) and bones (12/30 cases ) of knee. 3DFT - volume -FFE technique offerhinh spatial resolution and signal to noise ratio, from a single acquisition to reconstruction of images in any arbitrary plane -of-view, it shows that they can both boost diagnostic yteld and significantly shorten overall exam time. Moreover, it exhibit an"arthrographic" appearance. Conclusion: 3DFT -volume -FFE are optimal imaging sequences of choice for diagnosis and thetapyplanning in patients with k nee pain.
