张家界市2018年病原微生物实验室生物安全现状分析

目的全面了解张家界市病原微生物实验室生物安全现状,分析张家界市病原微生物实验室生物安全目前面临的突出问题,提出对策,消除实验室生物安全隐患。方法依据《病原微生物实验室生物安全管理条例》和《病原微生物实验室生物安全通用准则》等,对辖区内的37家病原微生物实验室实施督查、分析结果、找出问题、提出建议。结果张家界市实验室生物安全状况不容乐观,存在很多安全隐患,包括职业暴露、院内感染、环境污染、缺乏培训、无证上岗、管理体系不能有效运行、单位领导不够重视和卫生主管部门监管缺失等。结论只有健全生物安全管理体系,落实管理制度,配置硬件设施,加强人员培训,提高防护意识,落实菌(毒)株管理,坚持废弃物消毒处理和进行风险评估等各项措施,才能防止实验室感染的发生,从根本上避免实验室生物安全危害。

Analysis of biosafety of pathogenic microorganism laboratories in Zhangjiajie in 2018

Objective To understand the current situation of biological safety and the outstanding problems of biological safety of pathogenic microbiology laboratories in Zhangjiajie,and put forward countermeasures to eliminate the hidden danger of biological safety of the laboratories. Methods Thirty-seven pathogenic microbiology laboratories in the area were inspected and analyzed according to the regulations on biosafety management of pathogenic microbiology laboratories and the general guidelines on biosafety of pathogenic microbiology laboratories. Results The biological safety situation of the laboratories in Zhangjiajie was not optimistic,there were many safety hidden dangers,including occupational exposure,nosocomial infection,environmental pollution,lack of training,undocumented employment,ineffective operation of management system,insufficient attention of unit leader and lack of supervision of health department. Conclusion Only by improving the biosafety management system,implementing the management system,doing well in the hardware facilities,strengthening the personnel training,improving the protection awareness,implementing the bacterial( viral) strain management,insisting on the waste disinfection treatment and risk assessment and other measures,we can prevent the occurrence of laboratory infection and fundamentally prevent the occurrence of laboratory biosafety hazards in Zhangjiajie.
